I think, for us at work and a corporate desktop, there is no compelling
reason to upgrade.  XP offered a huge set of improvements over NT and 9x but
the "big leap" just isn't there with Vista.  It looks somewhat better just
sitting there but when you get it in a lab and really work it's guts out
there just nothing there beyond what is in XP.

And then there's that whole Toredo thing.  Why would any machine make an
IPv6 tunnel to a server owned my M$ by default and without my asking is
beyond me.  No thanks.
