I have checked pilot, and it's not coming from mailman or from
any of the users there.  I have also blacklisted that domain
from sending email to pilot, which is about as much as I can
do.

I think my next step will be to craft a script that sends an
email from me, with a forged FROM address, to every user on
the trilug mailing list.  I plan to use a unique FROM address
like "porter+identifier at trilug.org".  Then I can see which
one gets a bounce back (I guess I'll need to unblacklist that
domain first).  Then we'll know which trilug subscriber
triggers the mail from protonmail.ch.

So don't be surprised if you see some sort of administrative
flush-out mail from me some time soon.
