[TriLUG] 501(c)3 for TriLUG

I would very disappointed if the 501c did not go through. I personally have
a hard time seeing why it wouldn't however.

Being a 501c will definitely increase donations, which I am sure the TriLug
could use for a myriad of projects. Some of which are currently unfeasible
due to monetary constraints.
