Folks,

Some time ago, perhaps a year, I thought that I asked, and got an answer for, a question about obtaining and disposing of used cell phones.

However, I can not seem to find that conversation, if it took place here
at all, so I am re-asking.

Yes, I know about eBay and Craig's List, but where else would you recommend for trafficking in cell phones?
