[TriLUG] Virtual Box Problem

   How about going back to basics?
1) Fresh install of XP.
2) let it do all the windows update it wants.
3) Test shutdown & restart functions several times, including rebooting of
Host PC.
4) If all is Ok at this point, install one program - only.
5) Repeat #3.
6) Install 2nd program.
7) Repeat #3.
