[TriLUG] Fax vs. .pdf - calling all IT gurus

Faxes have been upheld in a court of law over the years as an original
document because it was believed that they could not be modified during
transmission.

Photoshop and the insecure transmission of data via email would probably
represent a challenge to the courts for acceptance I don't know that you
would ever be able to get all of the experts to agree that it was a
completely un-alterable method of  exchanging documents.
