Well I will say this.  Docusign has taken a foothold in my sector which is state government.  Now granted that may not mean it was the best product, or even near it.  But I do see them come up often outside of just our organization.  For personal I have been using sign now as it was free and flexible for working on my ipad.  But that was more for just avoiding printing then signing then scanning between my lawyer and myself.  On the ipad it worked seamlessly.  But nothing I have used either product for was private information.  In fact really they were essentially public information and no PII data was part of it.
