OpenDNS is *less* of a privacy problem (while still not ideal).
Personally, I use my own product (IvyDNS, that's my shameless plug) which isn't gratis - but it has a solid privacy policy geared towards people who are concerned about privacy)

If Google public servers are a privacy problem, can you suggest public
DNS servers that are less of a privacy problem?
