I have a freenas server and trying to setup some shares for windows clients. The remote users have comcast as their ISP which blocks all CIFS traffic. Looks like ZVOL + iSCSI is a viable option, but have no experience with this. Anyone using other solutions to mount remote share in a freenas other than SMB? Thanks Hari
