[TriLUG] RARSfest TriLUG Table SignUp

I'll be there, nominally to represent Splatspace, but I can help out at the
Tri-LUG table as well if need be.  I'm planning to bring my SDR stuff and
setup something to demonstrate that.  I can also help with "learn to
solder" stuff if needed.
