Hey Stan,
I use Time Warner's RoadRunner and I have a fixed IP. I think I
pay about twice what dynamic IP'ers pay: $95/month. I'm not sure,
but I signed a contract years ago for it, and I might be getting
a better deal than you can get nowadays. There was some initial
bouncing around of my "fixed" IP (twice in 1 year as they adjusted
their address ranges), but it has been stable for a while now.
