Postfix+mysql+amavis/clamav+virtual domains+maildrop w/ mailquota support
+mailman+courier imap+squirrelmail is what I would recommend. Add in
postfixadmin and you have a nice way to manage your virtual users and
multiple domains.

Here are some good links, in no particular order:

http://postfixwiki.org/index.php?title=Virtual_Users_and_Domains_with_Courier-IMAP_and_MySQL
http://genco.gen.tc/postfix_virtual.php
http://homex.subnet.at/~max/mail/mailman.php
http://workaround.org/articles/ispmail-sarge/
http://high5.net/postfixadmin/

All of this worked out of the box in debian sarge, with the exception of
an addtional compile of maildrop w/ mysql support. This setup was a
little more difficult than my old qmail setup, but it works much much
better. ymmv.
