Eventum is hideous!  Our corporate office uses it, it was the worst 
workflow and UI of anything I've ever seen.  Picking a Trouble ticket 
system largely depends on your environment, both in terms of 
infrastructure and personnel.

RT is about the best known open source TTS.    I've got a  mostly Linux 
infrastructure so I just began using Trac since I can check configs into 
Subversion and also document things on the wiki.
