OK, well, that's promising. I've been to their web site; not very helpful 
unless you want to buy one there, but it did quite prominently mention that 
this is one of the few PCI modems that supports Linux. That claim 
notwithstanding (and good for them! so few manufacturers even acknowledge 
the existence of Linux), unless you can find some documentation with your 
modem, I'd start with this most excellent HOWTO:

and take it from there. I saw, on an admittedly superficial scan of the 
document, a good bit of specific instructions on setting up your modem.

Once that's done, then it *should* be a small matter of setting up your 
dialup connection to Mindspring. Here's a handy little bit of instruction; 
it looks pretty useful to me:
