With Rackspace keep in mind that you don't get shell access (web- 
only), and they ding you for bandwidth in and out, and at different  
rates at that. If the lack of shell access doesn't bother you, and the  
bandwidth costs don't exceed the price difference (and I don't imagine  
they would), they're definitely a host to consider.
