Hey all - just wanted to pass along a request for interviews by a
colleague of mine conducting research on Open Source development
practices. I did the interview myself, and the guy is a good friend of
mine, so if you can spare some time one day, definitely get in touch.

- -----

We are researchers in the Developer Liberation Front at North Carolina
State University, and we are studying why developers who write
open-source software use or don't use tools that help them write more
secure code. In order to understand how developers make decisions
about using these tools, we'd like to interview you (yes, you!).

This interview will take about an hour. As a way of showing our
appreciation, we'd like to give you a 50-dollar gift card if you
participate. All the data we collect will be anonymized: identifiable
information you give about yourself, other people, software projects,
or companies will be removed before we publish any data or results.

If you'd like to participate or have any questions, please contact Jim
Witschey (jwshephe at ncsu.edu).

Thank you,

Jim Witschey and Dr. Emerson Murphy-Hill

- -----

Most sincerely,
Barry Peddycord III
