[TriLUG] Improvements for my church's network

As Steven points out -- Geek points might be the only award for me.

So far there is no problem other than my lack of knowledge plus
wanting to get the most out of my investment in a smart switch.

I had plan to use vlan so that computers dealing with phones & video
will have better of use of the network. But there again, my knowledge
is limited and some general howto's on switch usage would be most
helpful.

I found some tutorials but they seem to use examples of netgear or
cisco and not linksys and to some degree terms are not the same.
